Our Services
Official translation services for a wide range of documents, duly recognized by universities, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, various certificates (such as birth, marriage, and divorce certificates), property-related documents, educational records from schools and universities, certificates of good conduct, passports for renewing residence permits or applying for citizenship, as well as an array of texts, letters, books, and more.
Document Authentication Requirements
The authentication of translations in Iran by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not guarantee the quality of the translation and is primarily a bureaucratic process. As a result, many translations done in Iran may contain significant and fundamental errors, which could potentially cause difficulties in the applicant's case review in Canada and may negatively impact the applicant in terms of time and cost. After providing the original official translation done in Iran along with the original Persian documents by the applicant, the translation will be reviewed. If the translation is deemed accurate, it will be approved. The approval of document translations such as certificates, birth certificates, certificates of good conduct, diplomas, and similar documents will be done on the spot, while the verification of detailed academic transcripts and other documents will be done as needed.
Principles of Document Submission and Receipt
In all cases, providing the original document for official translation is mandatory. However, if the applicant does not have access to the original documents, translations can be performed based on a copy or a scanned version. Applicants can send their documents to the specified email address or visit the document submission section in person.
